Mipro Core CTC – Centralised Traffic Control System

Mipro Core CTC is railway’s highly scalable centralised traffic control system for reliable and efficient railway dispatch and flow. It provides a unified operational environment for the traffic dispatchers to improve the safety and punctuality of railway traffic.
The system is capable of integration with various types of interlocking systems into a single CTC system and provides a uniform traffic visualization for improved traffic control.

The system supports traffic management with following centralized safety systems (CSS).

Scalable Traffic Control views

Control views can be defined for detailed stations or overview of a track section with multiple stations. Traffic operators can choose and arrange windows for their daily work need.

User roles and access management

System provides built in groups and roles management. Role Based Access Control (RBAC) provides fine grained roles and groups definitions for all of the system users.

Alarms and Notifications management

CTC system can monitor all alarms raised by safety system or other auxiliary system and categorize them according to the pre-defined priorities. The Critical events can trigger popup alarms to have the immediate attention from the Traffic Controllers.

System, Safety logs and reports

The system has built in log storage and able to log all the customer defined data, interlocking events and system messages. Reports can be created based on this stored information to generate insights in the operation’s efficiency.

The system can provide traffic from traffic control centre or via remote control sites. Thanks to the flexible configuration, operation can be centralised in one traffic control centre or distributed throughout a geographically wide area.

Specific rules ensure safe operations during abnormal conditions (e.g., reduced speeds, restricted track usage). This prevents accidents and ensures compliance with safety standards.

System is designed and developed to address the current railway Cyber security paradigm, considering IEC 62443 and TS50701 standard and specifications. The system supports advanced security tools, making it suitable for Security Level 3 requirements of IEC 62443.
